1. First of all, you need to resize the photo.
If you are posting a single photo, the width should be 500 px and the height shouldn’t exceed 700 px.
If you are posting 2 photos, one on top of the other (like this), the width should be 500 px and the height shouldn’t exceed 500 px.
If you are posting 2 photos, beside each other (like this), the width should be 245 px and the height shouldn’t exceed 400 px.
And if you are posting 3 photos, beside each other (like this), the width should be 160 px and the height shouldn’t go over 300 px.
First you open your photo on photoshop by going to File > Open.
Then go to crop (this symbol) and at the top bar. It will say

Fill in the dimensions you desire (make sure to put px at the end of the amount.)

Now drag the mouse over the photo, selecting the part you wish to crop. Release the mouse and click enter and it should crop.

2. Next, you have to add a colouring (a psd). You can get some of the best psd’s from truesoulspsds.tumblr.com and drunkandcolouring.tumblr.com. I’ve posted a few psd’s here.
You have to open the psd by going to File > Open.
(If you don’t view the layers on your photoshop, go to Window> Layers.)
Drag the folder on top of your photo.
It should look like this:
Lastly, right click on the photo, and select flatten image.
3. Final TouchesRight click again on the image, and select duplicate layer.
Click the top layer, so it’s highlighted.
Go to Filter> Stylize> Diffuse.
Select Anisotropic.
Next, you change the opacity of the top layer. You can either double click the layer, and change it manually to 50%, or, while the top layer is highlighted, press the number 5 on your keyboard.

Lastly, select the bottom layer, and go to Filter> Sharpen> Sharpen.
